What this covers

This policy covers information collected through https://swiftify.dev— browsing the site and submitting the contact form. It doesn't cover the sample concept template pages under /templates, which are demos, not real businesses collecting real data.

Information the contact form collects

When you submit the contact form, I collect your name, email, phone number, and whatever project details you write in the message field. That information is used only to respond to your inquiry, it's not sold, rented, or used for anything else.

Submitting it sends a notification to a private Slack channel I monitor, and, when email delivery is configured, a copy to my own inbox via Resend, the service that delivers that email. Neither Slack nor Resend uses your information for anything beyond delivering that one notification.

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to see aggregate traffic (which pages get visited, roughly how much). It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you individually across sites.

How long information is kept

Contact form submissions are kept as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and keep a record of past conversations, generally in Slack message history and, if applicable, my email inbox. Email me at mhpdigitals@gmail.com if you'd like a past submission deleted.
